The Philippine entrant to the annual pageant has taken home the title for the annual pageant, held this year in the US.
A lot of controversy was generated after the program’s host, Steve Harvey, announced in error that Miss Colombia had won the pageant. He later came back to apologize an announce that Ms. Wurtzback had won.
